Reiki is a natural and ancient healing art that transmits energy to stimulate and heal the body, mind and spirit.  Reiki is pure and positive energy.

It is administered by a gentle “laying on of hands”, A safe treatment which activates the immune system, balances energy and aids detoxification bringing about healing, balance and health.

Distance Healing

We don’t have to be in the same room as each other for me to help you feel better.

Distance healing is practiced when the recipient is not physically present. It works in a similar way to being in the presence of the Reiki practitioner.

It allows the recipient to benefit from the healing process even if they are unable to be present due to distance or illness.
